Love to hear the cover.

You know, BoC did state in an interview that things aren't what they always seem to be. That doesn't mean everything ro anything was done with a guitar. I think it just means they find/create a sample and create a piece of music out of it.

thanks a lot!
I'd already programmed a similar beat but for a cover thats faithful to the original, this is useful.
:D

Can anyone help me work out the basic chords for peacock tail? I think it would sound sweet strummed out on a guitar.. Im getting a little confused trying to work it out.

Sounds more like bass along with some synth melody. This one I can see why you are having trouble trying to figure out a way to strum it on guitar.

A rather rushed cover I did of 'Olson' on my Gameboy a few months back using the software LSDJ...

Sorry for plugging this elsewhere on here before but seeming though you asked :P

Also, I'm gonna record a version of 'Roygbiv' that I did on my GB at some point in the future...

Cool... Not bad for doing it on a gameboy. ;)

I couldn't even imagine looking at a gameboy as a musical instrument. LOL

Haha, some people just don't get it but after years of playing guitar and keyboards in shitty pop punk bands I find making stripped back electronic music on old video game consoles such as the Gameboy and AtariST quite refreshing :)

Anyway, getting back on topic, that was a really nice guitar rendition of 'Olson'

I understand your pain. It's not so easy to find people you like and can make good music with.

Thanks for the compliment. More to come. :)
