I had just been to the pub and I was stumbling home in a drunken dream. This was cause by using my friends uni discount card where you can some how by studying also qualify for cheap beer in jugs. Anyway stumbling home drunken slurr and step I came across this old heroin addict lying on the ground I helped him up and he patted me on the shoulder and thanked me. Then my hairs trembled and he told me his secret he told me that I was the one to bring the good news that Boards of Canada's new album is different indeed it was a collaboration with Kevin shields and this was the reason for the delay and that when it is done some will like the change others will complain and say the old stuff was better and there will be much gnashing of teeth amen.

A clearance in a wooded area, you startle a deer, it runs into the pines. Vast turquoise lakes and icy rivers, crisp mountain air. A bald eagle soars above. The distant sound of a chainsaw. Redwood smoke

Do you think the last time they went to Myspace might mean something about the black box? Their last login was two days ago…

I started to check their Myspace since 1st April, and they seem to login in really frequently. I only went to this page 4 or 5 times, but each time they logged in the day before (2nd April, 3rd April, 4th April as I remember). So I guess there is something going on there…

I now realize why I love the MHTRTC album cover so much.

My dad used to play this and their other albums a lot when I was a kid.

Nice! Didn't know about that cover at all but I can see the relevance :) Gonna get that album for sure.

The Monkees are very underrated in this generation.

I really need to figure out how to get that album onto my mp3 player. Does anyone know how to convert mp4 to mp3?

How long will it take you guys before you lose hope?

I'm still for the most part optimistic, but I'm thinking in terms of the next couple years, not new album in 2011.

If this black box just stays up there with no other kind of evidence for a few months then I might have to throw in the towel.

Or form an angry mob.

I don't believe in the supernatural, but it might be my fault there's no new album.

I swear I have a curse where whenever I get into anything, it stops. I got into Boards Of Canada a few years ago, a little after Trans Canada Highway and listened to them non-stop for about 2 years straight. No news or any kind of update whatsoever for 5 years (minus the Warp20 Unheard, which was hardly "unheard").

After finally starting to make more money, I started playing video games again (although I don't play all the time), and really got back into Zelda after a hiatus from gaming. The new game is being pushed back again and again and they've barely said any words about release dates, and when they have, its vague and not too exciting.

Then, to top it all off, I got obsessed with Mad Men after we watched two episodes in my English class. That was over Christmas. Every season has aired in the summer, but sure enough it was delayed this year as soon as I got into it, and Jon Hamm said that normally they're making new episodes now, but because of contract negotiations, there has been no work and the writers haven't even started doing anything.

Everything I love gets drastically delayed. Everything.

That sucks, but you didn't cause it.

Really.

You know who caused it? Mike and Marcus.

In fact, they caused all that other shit you mentioned as well. They've had it up to here with Zelda.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.
