Is Boards of Canada Your Favorite Band?

Yeah, they are. My favorite band/artist list would go like this:

1. Boards Of Canada
2. The Beatles
3. Claude Debussy


I really don't care for much electronic music. Boards Of Canada, Plaid and Ochre are really the only electronic musicians I listen to. I also like a little bit of Autechre's stuff, too. Don't care for their really glitch stuff like "Gantz Graff."

My favorite bands as of right now are (in no particular order) BoC, The Beatles, The Monkees and Grizzly Bear. Since I took a break from BoC, I strated listening to the soundtracks from Crash Bandicoot, the Spyro trilogy, and Ape Escape. Right now I'm listening tho The Monkees once I started listening to them again. Now I find myself forgetting about BoC, once they release a new album that will probably change though.

Autechre have been my mainstay since about 1999. Aphex, FSOL, The Black Dog, The Orb, Public Enemy, Kraftwerk, Plaid, Mad Lib come close.

Not at the moment. I am going to get a lot of shit for this but I have been listening to a lot of Odd Future for the last four months or so. They have rekindled a love of rap I thought long dead under the insurmountable weight of bitches and rims. Other than rap I got back into Depeche Mode recently and have had the Tron soundtrack blaring in my car for about a week.
