Hey, no worries man! I decided to wait a while for this rumoured re-issue anyway. And yeah, good luck getting the mortgage together for Geogaddi. Worth every penny

The 3 LP and artwork is enough for me to fork out the cash..

Are these rumours based on anything MDG said? Cos I really dont wanna spend an arm and a leg on vinyl for them to come out next week (I wish) or at some point in the next 50 years

Good grief man. I need a wife... nah, maybe when I'm older. I'm really liking my independence. Not having to worry about anyone else. I just don't want the responsibility right now. I'm positive that having a wife is awesome too. But it's not what I want right now.

[/off topic]

I'll be buying the Akai MPK49 soon. It looks awesome. I have the MPK mini. And I'm really liking Akai's products so far, so it should be a blast. It'll go nice with my Akai APC40. I'll post pics of my set up once everything arrives.

Yay! a pic of the MPK49:

wait don't do it! The max49 is just around the corner- even if you don't want that one (and it is quite drool worthy), there'll be people selling theirs when they replace them. price will drop in the next month or two.

Really? Thanks for the tip. I'll wait. I can put my MPKmini to use in the meantime.

EDIT: when is the max49 coming out? .... I can't find a release date anywhere.

EDIT: never mind, it comes out on March 15.

thanks.

Do you think they will drop below $349? Cuz I can get one right now for $349 as it's currently on sale. I have the money to get it right this second.

EDIT: AAAAAAAAHHHHH! something tells me I should just get it for $349. I'd like it to be new. To get it used, I'm sure I would be paying less, but not by much less than $349. I'm just gonna get it. sorry for not heeding your advice. I think $349 is reasonable, especially with free shipping.

747, Enjoy man!

I bought Plato's Republic for 1 pence, thats right, a pillar of human writing for 1 pence.. I don't know whether to be elated that its such a bargain, or ashamed at how cheap this incredible piece of writing is

A Jen synth from the 70s. Pretty cheap, and absolutely no midi. Loving it.

My MPK49 came in the mail this morning. the quality of it is great, the keys are nice and weighted. Nothing feels cheap about it. Still waiting on my APC40 which I ordered over a month ago.

My next purchase is a USB cable that's longer than 3-4 feet. It's pathetic that they give you such a short USB cable with the keyboard.

Here is a pic of my newly purchased Biosphere - Substrata on vinyl, my MPK49 and my gaming setup (for kicks).
