yea i've had 2 copies, one my 2nd now. both fine though someone on discogs comments mentions
they went through 4 copies to get a good one? odd. not sure if these were pressed at different times, didn't think so but theres a lot of them out there, maybe 4,000.

What makes you think he did it? It could've happened during delivery or poor handling in the store (which is my guess). It's not uncommon at all to find completely new records in stores that have little defects like that. Here's one record I bought incidentally on RDS, was brand new, in plastic and all.

most significant electronic records of the past decade

Your speculation is as good as mine, and I meant handling by the customers.
...yeah, ok. I'll give you 'rarest' but...

This has entered my collection since the last time I posted. Found it from a local bookstore that was closing down. In near mint (played maybe once, sleeve absolutely perfect) condition and got it for 30€. Now I'm only missing TCH EP and I have their main discography on wax.
MindElevation wrote:You mean you think some customers picked it up then put it back down again? Surely not
MindElevation wrote:That record marked the return of Boards of Canada after 8 years. I'd say that is pretty significant...
Anyway. We're going completely off topic here
i got peel sessions on vinyl a few weeks back for £4!!! close to mint. thats the only
bargain ive got in relation to boc, though ABPOITC for £23 near mint was ok imo considering

Could you make some proper scans of these? Or pictures if scan isn't possible? I'd like to include them on bocpages.kid wrote:I also still have my tickets from the lighthouse party and the geogaddi Edinburgh listening event.

kid wrote:actually there's no real point, if you go to discogs page for the original twoism and look at the images there, those are pics I took a few years ago anyway.
