Do you mean you can only bring one person with you. Or that only 2 people in the whole world can get access to this listening party? Surely more than 2 people are allowed to go?!

Jeez, this is really happening.....but looks like it is only going to be a select few who experience such a privilege.

Hey, been lurking here for a while but this is my first post

I live in Paris. I've sent an email to Warp France requesting two invitations; I'll let you know if they get back to me. If I get tickets, and can slip out of work early, I'll try to video some of the event. Given its location, I assume there'll be further visuals to accompany the music :)

I highly doubt they'll allow any video/sound recording equipment in there. Worth a try though!

I doubt Warp will be giving out tickets to random emailers either, sadly, but it's worth a try :/ I guess we should keep an eye on the IRCAM facebook page too, over the coming days

Yup. you can even hear "you can't record here" on Echus afaik. Would be awesome to have recordings of TH by the end of it.

The difference is this is a listening party previewing the new album, (is it not?), not a live performance such as ATP etc. I would imagine the security will be on top. Has anyone been to a listening party before?

Yeah that's true, they probably won't get to hear any unreleased songs there. I have not been to one, but I can imagine there being quite the security like you said.. well, we'll see!

Have you ever heard/seen any sound or video footage from the Geogaddi listening parties? No.

There's also a possibility of freebees, promotional goodies like the Geogaddi listening parties had. Strange why they've picked Paris, I wonder if there's more of these to come. Geogaddi had a few if I recall correctly.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did listening sessions in the UK and such. Let's hope!
