man i don't even know what's going on with this hellinterface vid, they didn't really acknowledge Yermo when people had gone there but this is just nuts.
about 10 (?) hours to go, good luck everyone who's making the trip.

Now kicking myself for not just jumping in the car and doing it.

I really hope I don't regret this for the rest of my life.

Kind of thinking the same thing...

I'll likely be there before noon PDT. I have both AT&T and Verizon... will post reports on twitter (@tonx) as I find stuff... y'know, like trucks unloading a massive soundsystem and a pile of vintage synths.

GOD SPEED TO YERMO!

It's a damn shame though that internet access will likely be too spotty for a livestream.

yeah ... otherwise i'd bring my Tandberg and switcher and deliver everyone a live shot!
and i will bring ALL the cameras ... well, at least 2.

will try to post updates but if there's no net then ... just let your imaginations run wild!
ok, gotta get the hell outta here - GPS is locked on Look Sad Reel. :)

dont think i will ever have this much fun going on a wild goose chase for good music and ??? the brothers have outdone themselves.

There used to be a cool abandoned cafe near Yermo, but it finally burned and was razed. I shot some pics/vid of it on the way back from Vegas in 2007.

Small world. After endless plugging on The Talk Show, I've been wanting to join in the Tonx love, and now i find out you're a BoC fan too. Expand outside N. America!

Instead, I'll just make do with what I've got here and marathon all my boc vinyl today. Envious on an infinite level to all those that get to make it.
