wouldn't be too worried about those dodgy leaks, now if they had been HQ with no wind...
i've heard promos have now gone out to the press this week.

Thanks Fredd, I usually check BoCPages FB for stuff like this but it slipped my mind this morning.

I'd like to hear some thoughts from those who attended Lake Dolores, seeing as I have refrained from listening to almost all of it.
Do you think the sound is more sort of Old Tunes, R35 style? But still obviously being more advanced in its production?
Is it 'great' or just 'satisfyingly BOC'? Or perhaps those are the same thing...

There have been quite a few in depth reports of the listening event left in this thread, quite a few pages back now. It's hard to keep up

.
Fredd-E collated some of them here on bocpages though:

Agree, since this whole thing started it has been a dramatic change of gears which can cause information overload. A few months ago people would go total ape shit over the smallest sign of life from the brothers and long in-depth analysis and multi page threads on the forum would follow. Now there could be stories and photos that hardly gets a second look after this sudden shift of pace.

Though i understand the complision to do it, why would you after being asked so nicely not to?
I know, right? Warp even handed out water bottles to those people! Fucking water bottles, man! And this is how they're repaid.
the poster responded to my comment then deleted his reply:

I actually saw that guy at the event. It looks like he has a public Facebook as well.

Hey, guys. Sandison bros just sent me a text. They're saying they love you all and that you should stop being so negative and hateful.

Now that the show is over, and we have jointly exercised our constitutional rights, we would like to leave you with one very important thought: Some time in the future, you may have the opportunity to serve as a juror in a censorship case or a so-called obscenity case. It would be wise to remember that the same people who would stop you from listening to Boards of Canada may be back next year to complain about a book, or even a TV program. If you can be told what you can see or read, then it follows that you can be told what to say or think. Defend your constitutionally protected rights - no one else will do it for you. Thank you.

These are the kind of people we're dealing with here.
As someone said a few pages back- there's always someone who can't seem to comprehend the word "respect". If only the whole world could be Twosim members.

I think that Warp did not expect anybody to upload the rest of the video because only fans went to the meeting. Fans care about the band and would never do that. Good that Warp deleted the video.
Thank you for the upload, Jack.

Pardon my language, but Cody Burkhardt is a cock juggling thundercunt.
Glad I slept late today and missed the leaks.
