I have sent them about 30 emails asking about the represses and they haven't replied

My guess is that they saw what happened with the other re-presses and went back to check / re re press Hi Scores to make sure it was acceptable.
Either way, super excited for it to be announced! Hopefully alongside a new EP perhaps?
