My William Basinski - Melancholia vinyl arrived from the awesome Temporary Residence label. Got over the pond in 10 days as did my Disintegration Loops box set, and they were both packaged incredibly well. All of their pressings are top notch, this is rivalling Nils Frahm for best sounding pressing in my collection.

Bathroom. We bought a new place recently and it needs *massive* refurbishment. It's from 1930, so we're going for an art-deco kind of look.

Oh wow that sounds fun! Sounds like it will be worth it. Congrats on the new place.

Just bought a Focusrite 2i4 - http://us.focusrite.com/usb-audio-inter ... arlett-2i4

Started playing the WAV version of Tomorrow's Harvest... about ready to explode into a million pieces. It sounds INFINITELY better than the onboard sound I was rocking. I cannot believe how much detail I've been missing out on!

Some beautiful Q-Acoustics speaker stands for my Hi Fi set up.. so excited about them (is that sad? ha) apparently they are perfectly constructed for the speakers. Also treated myself to some Grado headphones (very excited about those too) also some DVDs, vinyls (Godspeed, A Silver Mt Zion, Angels of Light) and a few CD's. Spent way too much money but whatever.. makes working this boring job worth it in some ways!

Oh and a football..

I just won a bid on a million polish zlotych bank note to give to my boyfriend next time I have an excuse :) they're bastards to get hold of as theyve not been in circulation for nearly 20 odd years.

I'm a millionaire now :)
