That's definitely a possibility, but you do have to wonder why now? After all these years, why would Warp decide to register these tracks now in an effort to curb the piracy of them, if they weren't planning on monetizing them in some way?
I think after what mdg has been alluding to, as well as Joyrex's post (taking anything he says with a grain of salt), and the fact these have been registered post TH, I think it's safe to assume these will be officially released soon-ish, if not within the year.
