We don't need a place to stay, we need a ride from dorset to edinburgh, or at least as far north as we can muster.

Car is full too I'm afraid.

If cash is an issue then these guys are the cheapest method providing you book early ie.NOW.

Sorry, that's a mobile link. Just lookup Megabus in the UK.

You want either Poole or Bournemouth for the Dorset meet and Glasgow for the Scottish one. Should be able to give lifts to/from the Dorset stations. Not so sure about Glasgow - Knoydart though.

Hey!

It would be possible for someone to meet me at airport?

Also, how long you are planning to camp and how long you have to stay at someone's place, if I stay for both events.

Thanks for the information, it's extremely important for me

We camp out on the Saturday night, both in Dorset and Scotland.

I've been thinking about accommodation for the weekend and found a house near the Square and Compass (apparently) that sleeps up to 8 people. It is the only one available in the whole village but I cant book it until 2 weeks before because of it being the "high season" (they prefer people to book for a week so it might even get snapped up).

If it is still available and money permitting id book it from Friday to Monday morning. I figured it would be handy for those travelling from abroad especially to have somewhere to crash if planning to get to Dorset early. It could also be a good base for breakfast the morning after and to recover (or carry on the party).

What do you all think, would this be even worth doing? Or you all got your shit together already?

Hey guys.

Would it be possible for anyone to give me a lift from Poole like last time? I can get there from london quite easily.

I would be eternally grateful and there would be whiskey in it!

Yeah man, so about £60ish each.. that would be worth it in my eyes, a small price to pay for a local 'base'

Well I'm game, but then again I'm fairly local anyway so less of an issue. See how many of the others are up for it and I'll let them have first dibs;-)

Might get back to you on that. Cupz and I will need a place to stay for Dorset's meetup before heading up north and I've not received a concrete answer from anyone who offered a place to crash.

I'm still good for floor/sofa space before heading down to Dorset. Can't help for the week between Dorset and Scotland but you're covered for the first couple of nights once you're over here. Let me know flight details etc. a bit nearer the time.

FYI - things will start heating up organisation wise after the weekend of 13/14 June. Best man at my brother's wedding on the 13th so that's taking priority at the moment. Rest assured though, things will move pretty fast after that. Keep em peeled both here and on FB.

Cheers all.

I was just thinking, assuming we are going the boombox method again, why not have some way to suggest tracks? Separate thread perhaps?

Also good luck as best man mex :) Make sure to get very drunk (after the speech)

Not sure whether I'll have time to mix anything too complex before the event? Still got all the tapes from previous years though. If I get time I'll pull something new together.

If anyone wants to drop something down to cassette then feel free.
