Also, it's up for free DL.

Lovely full sound and the vocal elements are quite mesmerizing. Also dig your "Lost Tribe" track--the syncopation has me hooked.

Hey folks.... It's been a while since I've been on this thread.... Figured I'd share my latest 'fuck around'....

Here is my vaporwave remix of a cool song I like from the 80's called 'Go Away' from a group called Strawberry Switchblade.... I don't know a lot of people who know them and I hadn't heard anybody do anything with this song... if you have, please let me know, I'd love to hear what anyone has done with this song. Any way, I thought it would be a great song for a VW vibe.... Let me know what you think...

Started this track yesterday and finished today:

Some parts of it are a little microphone-begging-for-reprieve fuzzy but sometimes I like that (also, sure, I'm still not great at mixing and am using GarageBand).

Was stuck in my head all yesterday, real nice stuff there man. Dig that guitar melody line.

Hey, thanks! ... I consider "Was stuck in my head all yesterday" to be the highest compliment.

Appreciate you lending an ear.

long time no see, I worked with a friend of mine on this. Kinda goofy, but it was nice to shake the cobwebs off.

Really enjoying this, Bill. For me it evokes strains of the 'Crash' and 'Solaris' soundtracks but this has a sound all its own. Wonderful textural work.

Thanks for checking it out and the kind words. "Solaris" is one of my all time favorite soundtracks, I really like the music in that film (and Cliff Martinez in general is my favorite composer).

So glad this one got bumped. It really is quite something and I'm only sorry I missed it earlier.
Just flicking through your website - how did you end up in Svalbard?!?

This evening been working on a slow and sultry 80s synth fest, complete with bad tape lead ins and outs.
