Agreed. When you see their song titles for the first time you cannot help but be like, "What the hell is that gonna sound like?!"

Wonderful thoughts.

Even if our expectations for a new album in the near future won't get fulfilled.
Thank you, for keeping my mind of things.
These times has been very rough.
A little relieve like this, is more than enough.

I think we've all come a long way this year, and perhaps, they wanted all of this to sink in before they got around to releasing something. The owl of Minerva has flown, and now, we might soon see what the next step is from them. :D

I either think it involves fleeing this planet and traveling to other galaxies or creating your own pagan utopia in the middle of this dystopian world.

Or maybe they'll screw the conceptual approach all together and make their first compilation of goodies! It's winter time and for some reason, old school BOC goes really well with cold weather.

I'm not astronomer, but is there any chance that next Wednesday or Friday is a half moon to fit with the logo?

It could be a half moon and not an eclipse.

Also, if we assume they don't post on weekends, then the reveal will be next Friday on the 18th. They usually release/debut stuff on Fridays if we go by their release calendar.

Warp didn't share anything yesterday (Wednesday) so who knows what schedule they're following?!

According to https://moonphases.co.uk/moon-calendar there's a first quarter moon on Monday the 21st.

The video on this site https://www.rmg.co.uk/discover/explore/ ... _YQAvD_BwE shows a basic image of what a first quarter moon looks like. Looks very similar to the one posted on WARP's new site.

Apart from that, i have no idea.

December 7th has come and passed. This moon phase for December aligns with the warp image.

Hawt stuff, another 21st alignment

So let me get this straight. The 21st is when we enter the age of Aquarius? And also the winter solstice? And now there's a half moon that matches the symbol on Warp's website?

Probably all awesome, amazing coincidences, but eh, sometimes I wonder if Warp/BOC are ever tempted to actually fulfill one of these "prophecies." haha.

Well actually they did, June 9th, 2013.

Wait, what happened on June 9 2013? Tomorrow's Harvest was released on the 5th.

Oh, I forgot, June 9th was only in some adverts and Japan (I think?)

My bad.

I do recall a TH-era interview mentioning something significant about the release date, that it was one of the only dates that year that added up to six, but I recall it wasn’t backed up with much explanation.

How would 6-5-2013 add up to 6...?

Re: GENERAL NEW RELEASE SPECULATION TOPIC

SamuraiDrifter wrote:How would 6-5-2013 add up to 6...?

Well you see, if you interpret 6-5-2013 as a math problem then you can combine the negatives which gives you 6-2018. If you split 2018 up into 20 and 18, you can get a positive 2 by subtracting 18 from 20 and then use that positive 2 to cancel out the negative 2 in 2018 which leaves us with 018. Since leading zeroes are useless in the math context we can eliminate that zero, so we end up with 6-18.

Now, pay attention because this is where things get tricky. You can get a -3 by dividing 6 into -18 and then split the -18 into a -1 and an 8. -1 + -3 = -4, which we can divide into the 8 for a -2. We're currently at 6-2, almost there! If we divide -2 by itself we could theoretically end up with two 1s, and if we subtract 1 from 1 we get 0. That's it, all the hard parts are over, everyone knows that 6-0=6 since subtracting 0 from any number will always give you the same number.

You can check my sources in the spoiler below, I think all the mathematicians and numerologists around here will find this argument's logic to be absolutely airtight!

I think they went by the US release date, the following day: 6/6/2013.
2+0+1+3 = 6.
6/6/6

Just like two years ago, it seems that we are going to finish the year with the certainty that The Bros will release a new album next year.

Btw, did someone mention Warp's posts on IG? I could have sworn I saw that before it vanished.

I assume it's because it didn't have to do with BOC. Though to be fair, it possibly has to do with BOC (which is all this thread ever is haha)

Saw this too, I think it was a sponsored ad for the Warp 2020 campaign that kind of hinted at something coming after this campaign.

In the context of much of this thread, nice example of Poe's Law :)
