lots of activities on their likes and stuff according to that Fredd E News n Findens thread.

4/20/25 would be a ripe occasion. The pink full moon is upon us 4/12 as well. 12 % 4 = 3. <3 It is written.

Sorry, not BoC news, but I came across a remix album today produced by Vegyn, of my favorite Air album "Moon Safari". IMO, it has some tracks that are about as close as I'm ever going to get to hearing Boards remix it, like I always wished would happen. Anyway, it's a real delight if you need a wobbly moody synth fix:

I'm surprised his HEADACHE project hasn't got more recognition from BOC fans. The project almost has a BOC/Chris Morris/Jam vibe to it.

I used Duffy for a wake up alarm for months ago but I started to hate my job and I changed it so it wouldn't ruin it

Does an "invocation" require a pre-order?

4/12 was a bust, on behalf of the fans in the US, please get the album out before society collapses, or “One Very Important Thought” becomes a little too relevant, LP5 will be an OST for the bullshit we’re stuck dealing with

perhaps this is a bit too cynical, but i don't think the release date to LP5/box set is being told to us through clues, at least not now.

if there is a date, we simply won't know til it happens

Bleak, I think we've shared some back and forth for nearly 20 years now here, that's a bit mental to me, but every time I interact with you I feel I find something incredible. The last few times were about your fantastic photography. I hope you've still kept that up and I just haven't been paying enough attention.

I just went out for one of the best real long walks with my dog I've ever had, on a night I really needed it--watching the sunset and into dusk on a warm Spring night, while listening to these incredibly unique HEADACHE albums for the first time. It reminds me quite a lot of 2005 and listening to BoC for the first time--not really needing to know (or being able to know) anything about the bros, and just listening to the music. This had a real similar Discordian and psychedelic play to it that really brought me back. It's honestly hard to remember what that even felt like, but this was pretty close tonight. Thank you.

Hey man, I hope you're keeping well. It blows my mind that almost 20 years have passed since joining this forum. I still like to pop back here every now and again to catch up. It's nice to see members from that era still here and communicating.

I'm still photographing where possible, but I don't particularly like Instagram as a platform, so my photography is circulated more with friends and family for the time being. There's a couple of scenes from my home here if you're interested - https://www.instagram.com/aeronphotography/

I look back at the 2005-2007 era with fondness. Wild times, exploring music, and err...drugs. My highs these days very much come from running which has done wonders both physically and mentally.

Anyhow, I'm glad you enjoyed the recommendation and hope you're keeping well. Here's hoping the brothers grace us with their presence soon.

Any known warp releases on the horizon after the recently announced Stereolab album?

Nope. And, again, Stereolab, they're a legacy act. So is Squarepusher and there's some live thing from him Warp has been talking about.

I've said it a million times on different BOC platforms that Warp's been heavily focusing on legacy acts recently...BOC's coming. There's no way they're not. Who knows in what capacity, but Warp has got to be poking them more often now.

Speaking of acts that are not legacy, though, the live Kelela album is insane.

The new Stereolab doesn't even have a regular WARP catalogue number. Instead it's DUHFDL46.
Mark Pritchard & Thom Yorke is WARPDA323.

I understand that, but Warp is still doing promotion for the record. There's way too many influential, 20th-century artists that are being pushed by Warp right now for them not to put out something BOC related. I'm clutching onto SAW II being the blueprint for whatever they end up doing with BOC.

All these new likes are way more than there ever has been. There must be some green lights going off at the BoC households. Mustn't be long now, I'm exited.

I really think BoC will reveal dates clearly and obviously, I don't see any point in looking too hard for dates or objectives, yet. I don't think this that's cynical at all, that's the kind of patience we should all be having. I'm guilty of looking for clues when I probably shouldn't be, but really I'm just happy with all these likes now. I don't need anything else to keep me in suspense. It'll happen when it happens.

Speaking of new likes: these were liked on 2025-04-20 in the evening (UK time):

There is a total of 36 likes now since March 8th: https://bocpages.org/wiki/LP5

Also funny to see how the "Warp Intern" is doing overtime liking these comments late at the evening.

Can you imagine an intern doing some late night scrolling on their bed while eating some crisps and liking all the comments that have to do with a new release?

These likes are looking promising

God I hope the shrooms I've had stashed in the cupboard last long enough for some new boccy!

OPN posted a pic from a BoC live show on their story, this cannot be just for shits and giggles right?
