Interesting that OP deleted all their comments to the questions on the post but could mean anything. Would love to hear high quality, digitized versions of those tracks.

I place my bet on 12/24/24 (or 24/12/24). Altough that might imply a snowy holiday feel given it is Christmas Eve, which would be odd. Also, an anagram of which is Archive Stems (old seeds?).

Maybe I was 1 year off? :)
Unintelligible (take the L to the i).
ON THE AIR. Pre 1000. Cheese.

Op in this thread on reddit..

Interesting, and I know there is a separate thread for this already, but looking into it a little more it seems like it could relate to Boards activity in general.

The uploader is claiming this was given to them by an anonymous source to be distributed. They’re being a little cagey in the Reddit comments, but claim these tunes were hand selected by the brothers to be released.

It sounds like a new higher quality rip, but the story of their release is not as believable to me. It would be disappointing if this was an ai up-res with a fan behind it, but if what they claim is true then the brothers were active in their archives and releasing material.

According to iTunes 'Finity' is my single most played BoC track. So this is nice.

My ears tell me the high quality is legit. It would make sense for the bros to drop something interesting around christmas. Now that has me wondering if they are in fact pointing to an eventual bocset, or that a new release is still imminent / the priority. I'm hoping for a new year of BoC stuff

New rips sound wonk as fuck in places. Like uncomfortably pinched high end at the start of bmx indicative of ai slop. Just not their neighborhoods in terms of audio spectrum. Too bright and shiny.
Can't we have play by numbers instead of the same dead horses beat to a paste?

I don't hear any of that. It sounds like their production, which is very distinct. I think you might be channeling your cynicism too much. AI has very noticeable artifacts. I don't hear any "slop" in these tunes.

Maintain revolutionary optimism

I thought the same too and BMX track was the first and only one I clicked on before I came to judge the rip. but listen to the other tracks. It is undeniably clean CLEAN.

I think we should enjoy this for awhile before we go all weirdo and demand to know who the source is. The consensus seems to be that it's legit and that it sounds really good. Why not leave it at that?

I agree. Fredde, put down your keyboard. No need to see this as an official unknown release just yet....

What a lovely Christmas present indeed. It's great to hear these chestnuts in clear audio. It's a shame though that some people seem to look this particular gift-horse in the mouth!

Great to hear I Love My New Shears in glorious 44.1kHz sound - one of my favourite early BOC tunes.

After a year or so, I finally regained acces of my account, very nice.

So I just learned about the leaks, so if this person supposedly got the tapes off of Mike Paradinas, can we expect more hiqh quality leaks soon? Hearing 5.9.78 in this quality is something I've always wished for.
Respect to the man in the ice cream van
