Just for fun. These are my predictions for the new album, in the language of BOC:

- Peak hauntological, focusing on childhood, an expansion of the vibe and concepts from IABPOITC, and to a lesser extent Geogaddi.
- Not as overarchingly forboding as Tomorrow's Harvest. It will be a little bit relieving to hear some more uplifting stuff.
- Like Tomorrow's Harvest, it will be a highly thematic album, heavy with overt or encoded, meaningful messaging and concepts, than The Campfire Headphase, which I considered the closest they've gotten to an "instrumental album".
- Less sonically experimental and "out there" than Geogaddi and certainly less than MHTRTC.
- In terms of production, it will be very multi-layered and tightly-produced—think Left Side Drive and Slow This Bird Down.
- Vocally-heavy for their opus, with a greater amount of overt lyrics than other albums.

Will stand to see whether any of the above hold up!

Maybe next week?

This makes the most sense to me.

interesting thing posted over on Reddit by a user called astralspill, it's an old AT&T commercial featuring the Hexagonal design found on the videos, and at points overlaid over a map, which ties in with the idea that these poster sighting locations are creating a symbol potentially. Go to 4 minutes 8s for the diagram....

I do love in that video they also mention 666 channels. From about 4 mins 25 secs.

Being back here feels like a total time warp (pun massively intended).

I was reading, a bit of writing, but mostly refreshing like a madman 13 years ago – you know that feeling where five new pages of posts would pop up in the time it took to read just one? It was absolute chaos, but in the best way. For over a decade, I never really stopped checking in. Just chasing fragments and faint signals about our favorite brothers, never quite giving up on the dream of LP5.

And now... it’s actually happening? My brain still hasn't fully processed it.

Like most of us who were around in 2013, I’m older now. Not necessarily wiser, and the internet definitely hasn't aged well. Everything feels faster, louder, and a bit more disposable. One thing that’s really hitting me this time around is that twoism.org doesn't feel like the center of the BoC universe anymore.

The raw energy has shifted. Most of the digging and the hype is happening over on Reddit or Discord. I’m over there too, refreshing with the rest of the crowd, but it's a different vibe. It’s a lot of "noise." You’ve got people on YouTube rushing to package half-formed theories into "content" and recycling the same findings every couple of days. It feels like a lot of folks want the mystery explained away instantly rather than just sitting with it. They’re missing the lingo and the inside jokes that we used to take for granted.

Plus, is it just me, or are there suddenly all these "interpreters" popping up? People I’ve never seen in the community acting like they need to simplify the mystique for everyone.

Still, I find myself clicking back to this tab multiple times a day. This place just breathes differently. It’s quieter, deeper, and there’s a shared history here that you can’t replicate.

I keep thinking back to those late nights – people actually driving out into the desert to chase coordinates while we all sat here waiting for updates. The slow, collective work of decoding and arguing until everything finally aligned. When the six codes clicked and Tomorrow’s Harvest revealed itself in real-time... man, being here at that exact second felt like witnessing magic.

Maybe I’ve just got some "grumpy old man" energy going on. I know there's a risk of sounding like I think things were "purer" back in the day, but it’s more just realizing how much the world has changed around the music.

Regardless, I’m just glad this place is still kicking. Huge thanks to everyone who has kept the lights on here. It’s nice to have a spot that moves a little slower.

If this all turns out to be another massive ARG, part of me really hopes it breaks here first. Not because we "own" it or anything, but because it would just feel... right.

Seven hexagons, everyone. Good to be back.

Yes, I feel this too.
The world needs more mystery, not less.
David Lynch and BoC tried to teach us about importance of mystery and how everything articulate and comprehensible has its origin in the mysterious and 'incomprehensible'.
But, hey, we have Internet and Chat GPT, haven't we, so we know stuff.

hmm lets look at some dates

Hell Interface YouTube creation April 5th (contains pioneer plaque)
Pioneer 11 launch April 5/6 (you'll see there are conflicting reports on when it actually launched)
First VHS tape is mentioned April 6
This also funnily enough coincided with Easter and Artemis II being furthest from Earth

Sheol Boundary YouTube creation September 30 (contains pioneer plaque)
Pioneer 11 routine daily mission operations stopped September 30

Hell Interface Bandcamp Community page (contains pioneer plaque) has a location of hell, Michigan (coordinates 4226)
VHS tapes mailed out 4/2/26

non-numerical honorable mention first of the posters were found in SOHO. Isn't one of the religious references in the VHS tapes latter name OSHO?
lol

Speculation: there will be multiple listening parties in cinemas

Why?
VHS cassettes = film;
Posters = movie posters;
Hollywood = the film industry.

It's not unheard of. Radiohead did audio-only listening parties in 2000 for Kid A and Amnesiac (I was there, it was incredible).

Will they go full Daft Punk and release a feature length film, à la Electroma? I really hope so.

Maybe something at 6 (gmt)?

7 + 6 is today's date

6 eyes visible / 6 people if you count the silhouette

the girl appeared 7 times

each person appeared (l to r):
6, 6, 5 and 7 times, which sums to 24.

24 images by the end of the 12th from a campaign that started on the 6th.

Number of drops doubled each day too. 1 then 2 then 4, totalling 7 locations.

Unless more posters appear and draw it out for another week there aren't many moves left. Could go cold until the 18th.

But sometimes you see what you want to see. Sometimes you hear it from the wrong person.

Can't get over the image of that familiar shape and color, now *cloned* into seven pale imitations. Loss of individuality. A cage?

Possesion. Mass control. Contagion.
Geogaddi meets Tomorrow's Harvest?

That's insane for a candid occurrence. That's just the most functional way to visualize the cell network too without artistic liberties taken. I'd expect BoC's obsession with hexagons to just come from geometry and not something like this so it could be a lucky on-brand coincidence. Could make for a nice merch design too

Things unfolded like that in 2013 as well, people with only one post coming up with crucial, essential information, only to vanish and never interact again.

Just rats in an experiment.

For the uninitiated: From the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy:

When Arthur encounters Slartibartfast on the planet Magrathea it is explained that mice have spent a lot of their time in laboratories running complex experiments on humans, contrary to the humans thinking that it was them running experiments using mice. Slartibartfast explains to Arthur that "the business with the cheese and squeaking" was just a front for their true intelligence, and that they allowed humans to perform some "primitively staged" experiments on them in order to check how much humans had learned, and to give them "the odd prod in the right direction".
