Missed the boat due to stupid work meaning I missed the (magic) window - ah well; well done to all of those who managed to grab tickets. Anyone who managed to get tickets for Glasgow without being from/ knowing Glasgow; well done - you've got a trip to one of THE GREATEST cities to look forward to as well as the listening party in a gorgeous venue.

This seems poorly handled. I didn't register for a ticket myself as i had no intention of going but, my assumption was that the whole point in registering was that it would be a lottery affair, not some mad dash for tickets. I think a lottery would have been much fairer and less stressful for all involved.

Also, any previous listening party I’ve heard of was free.

5 minutes of this is not active, then cloudflare error, then getting through and there being no tickets left after 10 minutes.

Interested if people who actually secured a ticket were on mobile or not. I secured mine on my phone (while sitting on the toilet lmao) and never encountered any cloudflare issues.

Got a ticket for the London late session  It was intense after the site didn't load for first few minutes and then a Cloudflare error mid-checkout and then sitting in queues and seeing it sold out etc., and then just got lucky somehow.

My only advice to US friends that are trying their luck shortly would be don't give up the moment you see it says sold out. I saw that and kept refreshing and re-checking to then manage to get the ticket 14 mins past the hour.

Yeah. Went via the link from a few pages ago. It said redirecting, gave it like 45 seconds and did a re-fresh. Came up 69 in the queue. Quickly jumped to 31 and boom, sold out. Sucks if the venue is much smaller than the others.

Holy fuck I feel so lucky to get tickets! And so grateful for the user who posted the URL to the ticketing page.

To folks in LA:
Use this link, then click LA. https://www.tickettailor.com/events/inf ... gConsent=1
Do not click on show time until 11am—I actually had to wait ten seconds so I went back and clicked the time quickly.
I had a second screen open that did not work for me—I had already selected the time of the show I wanted, entered my code, and saw the “Congratulations! Your code was accepted.” That page still says “redirecting”

I really hope this makes your process less stressful. It really got my heart rate up. No other advice besides to have your code copied so you can paste it in and be quick selecting number of tickets, number of shirts, and entering personal info and credit card

Ticket: $15
Shirt: $40

I am driving up from Washington DC and hope to meet up with some of you before the show!

Yes, thanks for the link beforehand. After the countdown hit 0, it said "Redirecting...". I waited a few seconds and got suspicious, so I did the whole thing again in another tab and it went right through and I got a ticket. The original tab still says "Redirecting...". If anyone else waited too long for the redirect and didn't get a ticket, they must be infuriated. What a terrible flaw in the website.

I wonder if this is a dry run for identifying the interest levels in a tour?

Almost certainly not, but fuck it, I fancy being optimistic for a change :D

I'm not sure how they'd adapt the numbers resulting from this to interest in a live show. My time and money budget to catch a live show has no realistic limit, and I'm sure that's true to some extent for many people who did have a limit for the listening sessions.

I was 1 minute late in clicking the link for NYC, #77 in queue, and everything was sold out for both time windows by the time it was my turn. Have fun to everyone who got tickets!

I guess today's queue numbers could be interpreted as a minimum guarantee/worst case scenario. They can see that if X amount of people are willing to actively attempt to get tickets for something as simple as an LP listening party, they can definitely book much larger venues for a live show. Bottom line; they now have solid proof that there is a fuckton of demand for a BoC event.

Again, I was simply having a bit of fun and throwing a wild suggestion out there, but it's not an impossibility.

I registered, selected NYC, clicked right at 11, got #17 in the queue, and STILL got skunked for both sessions. :( Congrats to all who got tickets. If anyone ends up with a spare, DM me! :)

The "trick" that worked for me, which I'm only sharing because presumably people reading it here on twoism will be more emotionally invested fans by and large, was to open the link ahead of time, go through the process up until you're prompted for your access code, paste the code in but *do not submit it*. Then, when the time comes and *not* a second too soon, submit it. Use this tip at your own risk.

It's possible that this isn't actually any better and that it was a matter of timing or there is still some randomization, whether intentional or not, at play. I probably clicked submit or whatever on my access code 3-5 seconds after 11a.

I got into NY for tickets, was at checkout... but decided last minute I didn't want to go. Yeah I'm sure it's a Once in a Lifetime experience but I'd rather listen to the record on my own outside in the woods. The church did look really nice though!
