That was intense, I'm looking forward to speculate with you all the album structure. Looks like it will spacing from religious/mystical music then shifting to the more classical electronic a la Kraftwerk and eventually ending with some kind of space/transcent tone.

WOW. So powerful. If someone tried to fake a BOC track using this, they would get laughed at heavily.

Speaking of heavy, damn this grabs yr attention from the start. We’re in for a real treat!

Completely floored by this, absolutely love it. Taking their sound in some amazing new directions.

Also really pleased Introit isn't what we'd already heard on the short teaser video, as much as I love that snippet this feels a much more memorable opener - what an incredible set up for the album.

I might treat myself to 1 more listen before Inferno is here in full. That's gonna be a real challenge! But what's a few more weeks...

God I love this band.

damn that was awesome! also very glad that countdown sequence wasn't part of the video because that would've been an insane visual switchup

Wow... That was amazing....... I don't even know what else to say... Sort of what I was expecting and also not at that same time. I'm glad I decided to catch it live and experience it with everyone else, even if it was with crappy headphones. Can't wait to listen to it in better quality later.

Evil gothic Chromakey Dreamcoat. Love it

Was listening to TCH last night, for the first time in ages, and really wasn't expecting to hear echoes of it in Prophecy! Thrilled that Introit was something new as well. Makes me wonder if Tape 05 really is on the LP now.

Exciting times.

Not sure what to make of that tbh. Parts I very much enjoyed; others where it didn't feel like BoC at all. Prefer Tape 05 at this point.

Holy shit. That was incredible. Not really "classic" BoC but all of their albums are different and the same. Introit sounded kinda generic (in a good way) The vocoder is a very nice touch. Its got the creepiness of side 1 of Geogaddi, the drums of MHTRTC, those great Headphase guitars, and the emotion of Harvest. The drone at the end of Introit is the same as the one in the Inferno promo video.
Jesus, was it you indeed?

Really so, I instantly thought of the resident evil movie sound track on the first opening of the second track. It took me back to edge 2005 spiritually. Also extremely like "The Mystery Of The Yeti".

In fact, the fucking Intro is spot on!

Aww, was looking forward to your Gramaphone recording, Llydia :)

The people that listened on iTunes then went to the video chat to tell everyone it was sh!t are some sad individuals.

I liked it, reet up my street & a nice little teaser of what's to come.

From start to finish this legit felt like a melting pot of every single one of the big four. You have TH coldness and methodical drums, TCH buddy movie's guitars, MHTRTC playfull sample bits and Geoggady weirdness and vocoder.

The anime bit at the start is a YouTube premiere bumper, in case you were confused like me.

I enjoyed the Beatty video almost as much as the music! Really works together. Very psychedelic

I'm assuming the beginning section with the machines and the countdown isn't actually part of the album based on the track lengths. Introit must be the part with the sunshine and the logo which sounded very Old Tunes.
