Maybe the most intriguing thing out of all of Inferno, IMO. Seems to contain some original music, some sampled music, some rustling sounds, and an applause sound effect. Note the credit to Music70 rather than Warp.
The sampled music sounds like something like "to your brother," but I can't make out anything more.
