It's from The Smallest Weird Number. But this confuses me, because the flute sample there was backwards, and this sounds like it's not backwards, but it still has the backwards melody. It makes me suspicious.
Whoever made that clip just reversed the sample (the first part of the clip you hear) itself and then loops both pieces.
