i just smoked a 1ie and sat on the edge of the hot tub and looked out over the river valley. it's a boring late morning in rural/suburban minnesota. sky is cloudy but the sun filters through enough for it to be bright out. nothing is happening. breeze blowing, bugs hopping... jet airplane on the horizon
i'm having real trouble with the concept of timezones right now. like, i can't even get myself to play the "it's one time here and another time elsewhere" game properly in my head. a voice keeps on answering "no it's not, it's the same time everywhere. the sun just happens to be showing where i am"
everything is right now, forever. even the past is right now, forever.
it just changes as it appears to get further away in time, though really it isn't, it's just being damaged and decomposing and recycling into whatever time is made out of again
Me: OH MUH GAW

Me: the stuff of his i don't listen to as much
Me: the drifty, droney, warm and scratchy endless hip hop tracks

Me: sounds like he gave a tape recorder acid and pressed play in the middle of a summer day in the 80s
Me: the drones and beats and textures
Cupz: haha
Me: he's like the more vibrant and eccentric BoC
Cupz: awesome!
Me: summertime BoC baked out of its head in a sizzling hot town on a blinding sunny day
Me: just languishing in the sun with a doped up grin and drool
makes me think of the american southwest.
another silo full / another dark dawn / bending the air / love is so small
