not really, the book is literally just a visual catalogue of everything released up until now. unfortunately it doesn't have a shot of the finished box set in there...it would've been a nice touch to have that included in the book....nice and recursive :D

well at least that means we get a bunch of great tDR artwork to flip through! It's a nice send off for them as well I'd say!

That's handy. Was thinking of doing something similar with my Michell GyroDec and Rondo Red cartridge but wouldn't get an opportunity until tomorrow.

Might be fun to see what the folks on here could do with the loops...

YES PLEASE!

Amen! I never realised how important tDR were to the success of warp but looking through this book, they have done so much artwork for warp artists. A lot of the real iconic covers were by tDR.

Seven Forty Seven is pretty cool... But man, I like the old website version way better. I feel if that was a full length song it would be one of my favorites. I wish the Warp20 version was more of that.

747 is a 6 minute sound orgasm. it is some serious business.

edit : that tube rip is going round at the wrong speed.

fucking hell that was incredible! i don't think that i was expecting that at all to be honest. definitely seems to be a very logical progression from trans canada highway. i wish that youtube clip was at 33rpm. my blood is boiling in anticipation for their next lp, man. 8)

Sounds like a real mashup of OTV1 Side A Track 6 and the website sample.
First listening is a great experience.

I've listened it a dozen times, I don't like 747, I think they've made much better tunes. But then, I'm not into BoC's music anymore.

It is infinitely better at 33rpm. Seriously, I can't tell you how much better it sounds played at the slower speed. This track is more geogaddi than anything on geogaddi. It's so claustrophobic and haunting but incredibly beautiful at the same time.
