Is there anything interesting in the book about BoC?

not really, the book is literally just a visual catalogue of everything released up until now. unfortunately it doesn't have a shot of the finished box set in there...it would've been a nice touch to have that included in the book....nice and recursive

well at least that means we get a bunch of great tDR artwork to flip through! It's a nice send off for them as well I'd say!

i've already recorded the whole thing into my computer at 24bit 96KHz using a Technics 1210 and an Ortofon Arkiv cartridge...

That's handy. Was thinking of doing something similar with my Michell GyroDec and Rondo Red cartridge but wouldn't get an opportunity until tomorrow.

Might be fun to see what the folks on here could do with the loops...

Amen! I never realised how important tDR were to the success of warp but looking through this book, they have done so much artwork for warp artists. A lot of the real iconic covers were by tDR.

Seven Forty Seven is pretty cool... But man, I like the old website version way better. I feel if that was a full length song it would be one of my favorites. I wish the Warp20 version was more of that.

It is infinitely better at 33rpm. Seriously, I can't tell you how much better it sounds played at the slower speed. This track is more geogaddi than anything on geogaddi. It's so claustrophobic and haunting but incredibly beautiful at the same time.
