I don't know if the latest addition validates this post as legitimate, but it's a possibility.

To me the reflection just looks like a camera lense with a flash. Otherwise how could that photo ever have been taken? And yeah I think everyone noticed that name :P

if the eye was taken with a telephoto lens , reflection of the camera in the eye would be more distant. but yeah, youve got a point there.

I couldn't hold the weeknd free any longer and I'm off to my mate's micro festival. It'll be a good substitute being out in the country and as I'm DJ'ing I can play loads of BOC anyway 8) .

I still think the only logical way of looking at the riddle is this:

Red moon + date = red moon party on that date.

If the code is crackable then I'm not clever or mental enough to figure it out and as I've gone as far as writing a program to try and figure it out I think I can say "at I least tried". Plus I learned some stuff about codes I didn't know before.

If it is revealed now I'll be in quandry - but I'll just cross that bridge if and when I come to it.

For now, as I said, I give up.

Stupid bridges. I'm still not going. More code makes it more crackable though...

You see the numbers in the middle line of the eye image, when you change them to their corresponding letter of the alphabet (using 0's as spaces) you get this:
Code: Select all
fhadgcb adh   fed hdicb ddh   feddgdhcb ah ba fe

The funny thing is, that's 36 letters, in other words: 6
I think the fact that the same individual digits are used (6,8,4 etc.) give a clue as to what type of cryptography is used. I'm going to keep trying and see if I can find out! :D

A lot of people might say I'm wasting my time, but I don't care because at least it's exciting. :)

Regarding the numbers on the second row of the Eye image, I've recorded how frequently each digit occurs (in order of frequency):

0 occured 12 times
4 occured 9 times
8 occured 6 times
1 occured 4 times
2 occured 4 times
6 occured 4 times
3 occured 3 times
5 occured 3 times
9 occured 1 time

I tried using this analysis in conjunction with the most frequently occuring letters in the alphabet, but after a while, I didn't get very far. It's just that seeing all those numbers together on that line without any bloody letters in the way is much more tempting than the rest of the code(s).

Then I turned my attention to the "g2h2" string which appears in both images. The most common quadrigram fitting that letter-pattern is the word "here", followed by "were". After trying those, I couldn't get the rest of the alphabet to match up in any way. But then I realised; the first and second letters must be consecutive in the alphabet ('h' comes after 'g'). So which other words could fit that pattern?

Hello everybody,
I'm glad I found this site. Well, here's what I know: There is some kind of event happening next week - I have a friend who is working with another guy who works with Boards, he works mainly as a TV&film editor here in Glasgow. They've been hiring generators and PA and sourcing other interesting stuff (20m lengths of gauze?!!?) for the past couple of weeks and according to what he said it definitely seems to be some sort of outdoor gig. He doesn't know yet where it is. The 'hexagon sun' guy has been very evasive when asked last week, but that the location was going to be announced this week. (is it coordinates in the code pictures?) I actually got the impression it was happening around Glasgow but I might be wrong. I don't think this is a huge festival sized event. In fact I think it sounds like there's no permission, it sounds illegal.. My friend received a photgraphic card with eyes a bit like the pictures on their site. and although its an invitation it sounds like he was encouraged to bring friends. I don't know any more - whose playing or what - but I'm thinking of going obviously. I'll post here tomorrow hopefully.
