cheese (you let one animal milk rot inside another animal's stomach)
bread (each air-pocket is basically a microorganism's fart)
bittermelon (tastes awful)
Throw away your smartphone.

I get where you hail from this could in fact be gold on a plate. But I wouldn't expect more from a nation that thought filling a sheeps stomach with meat is a fantastic idea. Kind of is to be fair if done right.

Cochayuyo
Trigo mote (this one is basically wheat cooked with lye/ash, but i haven't seen other countries do it, so it goes on the list)

My favourite tastes are definitely salty and umami.
I'd devour a marmite, peanut butter and Stilton sandwich.

We do this in my house when it's christmas:

Bread
Marmalade or jam
Pannetone, Stollen or any other christmassy loaf (pan de pascua here)

You get yourself a pan de pascua sandwich. I suggest using buns or rolls instead of white bread (the texture is not the same w/ white bread). Also you can use butter if you don't like jam.
